Looking for something special to sip that's good for you, will delight your tastebuds and that will help transport you to your Happy Place? Well, your search ends here as we are very excited to bring you Heirloom Chai.
Since 1997, Kamini Mamdani has been handcrafting this wonderful masala chai from an heirloom recipe from her family in Gujarat, India. She has worked tirelessly to source just the right, organic premium ingredients from around the world that she lovingly hand blends to create an oasis in a cup.
Heirloom Chai is a masala chai (spiced tea) that is a blend of potent, organic botanicals and antioxidant-rich brewed and dried black Assam tea that simply dissolves in hot liquid, which truly makes relaxing with this special chai an effortless, mess-free and stress-free ritual to look forward to at least once a day. A lovely little bamboo spoon is included to make things even easier.
Heirloom Chai blends its grounded ingredients in small batches so that each cup yields flavorful, nutrient-rich chai, and the process has been simplified so that you can effortlessly enjoy chai anytime, anywhere.
Heirloom Chai's blend brings powerful botanicals from Mother Earth to you. Just look at the ingredients and their healthful benefits:
Organic Black Pepper (Kala Mari)
“The King of Spices” helps the body absorb and circulate needed nutrients and promote the flow of oxygen to the brain. Bonus Points: May help breakdown fat cells!
Organic Cardamom (Elichi)
As the “Queen of Spices" our organic cardamom is beloved for its sweetness and earthiness and for its detoxifying effects.
Organic Cinnamon (Tij)
Ceylon Cinnamon, which unlike cassia cinnamon, is an antioxidant rich in polyphenols that reduces triglycerides, blood sugar and cholesterols, and it can improve digestion.
Organic Cloves (Lavang)
Cloves are classified as a stimulant to awaken the mind, enhance circulation, digestion and metabolism.
Organic Ginger (Add)
“Everything good is found in ginger,” says an ancient Indian proverb. We agree! Ginger may reduce nausea, inflammation, and aide in lung function.
Organic Nutmeg (Jayaphal)
Contains powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds that act as antioxidants and may detoxify the body, boost skin health, alleviate pain and improve mood. A little goes a long way.
Assam Black Tea (Cha)
Antioxidant-rich, naturally caffeinated black tea comes from the leaves of the plant Camellia sinensis var. assamica, grown in the northeastern Indian state of Assam. Potent polyphenols fight free radicals roaming through our body.
Ingredients: Organic ground botanicals: Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg, Naturally Brewed, Flash Dried & Powdered Black Assam Tea.
