ABOUT IL COLLE GUSTO
When they met, Antonio della Corte was creating sweet sauces for gelaterie and pastry shops and Anna Maria Conti was running a farm and bed-and-breakfast. The two combined their talents (they're partners in life as well), to create Il Colle Gusto, producing a line of spreads made with Anna Maria’s own extra virgin olive oil and nuts grown on friends’ farms.
They started selling their incredible nut spreads from a cart with a yellow umbrella at the famers' market in Rieti, just outside of Rome, and as they say, the rest is history. And, we are very happy to bring them to you today!
