With organic matcha, it is said the more savory, earthy flavor is similar to how matcha was grown and produced historically. The House Organic Matcha is only harvested once a year and is the first harvest of the year due to the difficult process of growing the organic tea.

Mizuba's matcha is exceptionally fresh, and it is sourced, shade-grown and stone-milled to order from select organic farms in Uji, Japan. The matcha is grown solely with natural, organic fertilizers and no agricultural chemicals or pesticides are used.
